Key Responsibilities:
- Perform high-standard, detailed cleaning (dusting, mopping, vacuuming, scrubbing).
- Ensure all surfaces are hygienic, streak-free, and organized.
- Handle client belongings with care and empathy.
- Proactively communicate with management regarding supplies or client needs.
Requirements:
- The ability to lift 20 lbs; stand, bend, kneel, push, pull and perform cleaning duties
- Ability to read, speak, and write English
- Have a valid driver’s license and social security card
- Reliable transportation with insurance (not a shared vehicle)
- Need to pass criminal background check and drug test
- Smart Phone, email address, washer & dryer in home (you wash your own towels)
- If applying for a supervisor/trainer position - 1 year cleaning supervisor experience is required
