One Time
We offer Basic and Deep One Time House Cleaning options for both occupied and vacant homes.
Add-Ons
Need a few extras taken care of along with your regularly scheduled home cleaning? Check out our additional service offerings such as oven, refrigerator and interior window cleaning.
Recurring
We offer weekly, bi-weekly and every 4 weeks regular cleaning services. Having regular service means you'll never have to clean again!
Core Cleaning
With our Core Cleaning, we'll take care of those areas you dread he most: Kitchen, Bathrooms and all floors.
One Time Basic & Deep Cleaning
Our Initial Basic & Deep Cleaning services are the perfect solution for those looking to get their home ready for an event or home sale.
If you chose our Basic Cleaning option, we will start at the top of the room and dry dust as well as vacuum and mop all living areas and bedrooms. We will also scrub the standard things in bathrooms and the kitchen such as sinks, tubs, showers, toilets, countertops, stove tops, vent hood, inside of microwave, outside of other appliances.
If you chose our Deep Cleaning option, we will do all the things included in the Basic Cleaning plus wet wiping doors, woodwork, fronts of cabinets, baseboards and blinds. We can everything we can reach with either a 2 step stool or extension pole.
If your home is vacant, we offer Move In and Move Out Cleaning options. Please make sure water and electricity are still on prior to scheduling for best results.
Recurring Cleaning
Interested in our best pricing? Sign up for recurring service. We can come:
- Weekly (you’ll truly never have to clean again!)
- Bi-Weekly (every other week – you won’t have to clean much between visits!)
- Monthly (every 4 weeks – you’ll need to clean in between visits)
With BritLin, there is no need for “rotation cleaning” because we maintain everything on the house cleaning checklist every time!
With recurring service, you will receive a Deep Cleaning of an area of your home each time we visit.
During all cleaning service appointments it is presumed that the home will be in order to facilitate heavy cleaning. If needed, our Professional Organizing Services are also available.
We do not move heavy furniture such as but not limited to: couches, recliners, dressers, beds, etc. However, we have tools to get under most furniture while in place.
